Greene claims victory in 100 meters at Japan Grand Prix

OSAKA, Japan - Olympic champion Maurice Greene (51) blew away the competition to win the men's 100 meters in the IAAF Japan Grand Prix athletic meet in Osaka on May 8. Greene shrugged off an ankle injury to coast home in 10.04 seconds. Japan's Nobuharu Asahara (2nd from L) came fifth in 10.17.
